Martina Violetta Jung

Martina Violetta Jung (born 1963 in Wülfrath, Germany) is a visionary business woman, writer and speaker active across Europe. She has a proven management track record of bridging the gap between the facts- and figures driven business approach and having attention for all aspects of the human being (physical, mental, spiritual).
==Early life==
Martina Violetta Jung grew up in small countryside living conditions. Her parents taught her to be kind to everyone and to be responsible for her own actions. She grew up with a big urge to explore the world.
At the age of 32 she went through a burnout period. However, she met a Hamburg business lady that would reintroduce her to seed Prof. This period in her life helped her to understand that success and performance was not only fleeting but not as rewarding in itself if one is incapable of truly understanding who they are and the deeper meaning in the work that they are creating. Despite the public's constant obsession with her outside work, she focused on the internal work that needed to be done inside of her. With this new insight into herself she discovered that one can only change directions in life if they are curious and willing to question and integrate knowledge into their work.
In 2000 of December she dropped everything to become a Spiritual Leadership Coach. As a teacher she traveled and help to inspire others to begin on their own journey to self-discovery. In order to keep spreading her message she began founded the company, Constantia, late to be renamed Universal Intelligence. The goal of this company was to spread the message that "all is one." By 2009 she had done just that. Not only did she coach European mergers and acquisitions but she also went through several countries to support managers, leaders and entrepreneurs to help them discover ways to make their work satisfying and passionate.
She left her home in Antwerp to relocate to Hamburg, Germany. This lead her to write her self-help book, "Take Your Work and Shove It! – Have Fun & Fulfillment Instead of a Breakdown" It is a book in which goes into detail how one can go about changing something in the work that they do.
In 2013 she relocated to Luxembourg. Together with the like minded entrepreneur Jean-Luc Karleskind she started 'IamYoumanity' a holistic incubator helping leaders unveil their true calling.
In 2013 she also started to write poetry for leaders in search of their true self and mission in life. This resulted in the publication of two ebooks.
